Here’s a quick, easy breakfast that also feels a little fancy: scones and clotted cream.

Scones and Clotted Cream

The scone mix just needs milk and an egg. Bake the scones and add some clotted cream on top of each one as you eat it. I’m eating one right now. I can almost see Big Ben I feel so English.

You can probably find both of these at your local specialty food store, but both the scone mix and the clotted cream are also available online.
