Living Room

Just off our front entryway is the “formal” living room. Here’s what it looked like in June (fair warning…it’s boring and ugly):

We picked up the chairs via Craigslist as temporary place holders.  

 

Eeek. Borderline embarassing.

But if you think this is bad, you should have seen it when we moved in. I don’t have any photos, but let’s just say that sage green walls, gold carpet and heavy drapes were not at all appealing.

Stick with me as I attempt a more livable and stylish look on the cheap.
