Come On In: Back Entry Hall
I’m sticking to the new plan, keeping it simple. Here’s the first area to get a makeover.
This is what the back entry hallway looks like right now:
There are some good things and some not so good things about this space.
The Good
The rugs from Target are a little dirty now, but colorful and easy to clean.
The print from World Market is bright, cheerful and I love seeing those flowers when I walk in the house.
The hooks on the wall are a great place to hang my purse and keys.
Aren’t they cute? I ordered them from Restoration Hardware years ago. The even have a little “S” in the middle.
The Bad
Paint! Oh my. I must have been sloppy the first time I painted this hallway, because the trim all needs to be touched up and the nail holes need to be filled.
There’s also beige paint on the ceiling, and I don’t even know what to say about that light fixture.
Let the fun begin! I have some simple fixes up my sleeve and have already started searching for the perfect ceiling light!
